Shooting bench plans

I want to build a shooting bench for the #sfmafia headquarters.
I have looked around a little for some plans but I ain't paying $50 for a set.
Just wondering if anyone has any or know where to get some?

I am going to use treated lumber and when done I am going to figure a way to put some wheels on one side of it so it can be moved around when needed.
Probably make it for both right and left handed shooters.

I built one with a large wire spool. Really simple. Only problem was it wouldn't roll anymore with the seats on. It would've worked great if it had a permanent home. I gave it away a few months ago.

This may be overkill, but I drew up a double bench the other day for lefty or righty shooters. I haven't made drawings yet but will soon, and I can post them when I do if you want. I put it on skids so you can drag it around. It'll be about 400 lbs!

Do a price check on the lumber, you may find that a fancy portable one is cheaper and will last much longer if not left out in the elements after a range session.

Best thing since sliced bread. No picnic table multiple seat for me personally. It makes you feel like your shooting off a moving table. An elbow put down on a wood bench moves the scope a lot.

When I poured my garage footers last month, I formed and poured a bench top like the one in Mr Big's post.

Anyway, I saw this pic on the net and saved it. You might be interested in building one.

This is what I did and it's really pretty easy. If you have a lineman friend you can probably get the spool donated.
