Overall, this car looks like a low mileage garage kept car. Clean, smooth body, steel wheels are not rusty, dash is not warped or cracked, seats look new......
The one thing that jumps out at me is the carpet. Is that rust bleeding through? If not, what is that? Maybe this car went through a flood????? I would really have to look closely at this one if I were interested.
Maybe that's why the price is so low.
