I apologize in advance and I'm sure it's been asked here before but I couldn't find it...
Does the adult carrying the youth have to be licensed for the youth hunts ? Thanks !

No, but they are required to wear the 500 sq. inches of blaze orange unless hunting under the landowner exemption.
