I put this in the cooking forum but I know this place is a hot spot this time of year. I know some poeple don't like to give them out but I'm in need of a good one for new years eve night! Thanks!

Poser is the man for that kind of info!

Not sure exactly what all my dad uses.. I know there is a bit of Dale's and Montreal steak seasoning in it though.

2 lbs. of ground deer, Dales marinade, HI MOUNTAIN jerky-Hickory Blend seasoning and cure, Creole seasoning

Take the ground deer spread it out on a cookie sheet baking pan.
Coat the top of the deer with Dales, mix all together, spread the ground deer back out, mix 2 TBS of the Hickory Blend seasoning and 1 TBS of the cure together. Sprinkle about 1/2 of the mixture on the meat and mix. Spread meat back out and sprinkle the rest of the mixture on the meat and mix.
Use a Jerky gun and make strips. Once you have the strips all done. Sprinkle the strips with the Creole seasoning. Bake in oven at 210 degrees with the oven door cracked for approx. 1.5 hours.

Instructed amounts of High Mountain sweet and spicy jerky seasoning and cure. 5 lbs. of venison in strips against the grain, 2 cups brown sugar, 4 tablespoons red pepper and liberal amounts of teryaki sauce. let marinate in the fridge over night. Mix of applewood and cherrywood in the smoker and let it run for 2.5-3 hours at about 300. Crazy good.
