My son has been hitting the blind every day before work.
With the legal shooting time he gets to hunt for exactly one hour before he has to leave.
Anyway, he said he backed up to the ramp yesterday morning and there were a group of about 7 guys getting their stuff packed into a boat and as he opened his door to get out and launch the boat a guy pushed his door back shut.
Oh no, you stay right there, I got this.
The guy then proceeded to push his boat off the trailer, told him he was good to go and pulled the boat over to the bank.
All this without waders?
Anyway, we have had nothing but good encounters for the most part.
There are a couple that like to drive through decoys while blind hopping and there are a couple blinds (same group of thugs) that simply LOVE to shoot one or two times up in the air just as your ducks lock up and start down.
If it weren't for them it would be simply awesome.
I just shake my head, take another bite of something to eat and remember they are the minority.
