WMAs opening prior to 27Sep14

Hey all,

Saw a post, and probably should have posted it in there but was not sure which was the best method of handling this question without flooding that discussion, so here we are.

I saw a post stating that some WMAs open prior to the official start date of 27Sep14. I was wondering what the reference resource for this was? The resources I found on the TWRA websites are for last year.
