How does this rate on a deer's preference? I found a creek bottom recently full of it. On the ground, the tips were eaten off, but most noticeably, every tree the vines grew up, there was a browse line about chest high.

They eat the snot out of it. In fact, it was winter creeper growing up a big dead elm that drew deer into my yard in suburban Bellevue. Once they wiped out all of it they could reach, they switched to other plants, like my Knockout Roses

well that helps confirm what I saw, although it is hard to deny when you see a 4 foot browse line on every tree with WC growing up the trunk and all the vines on the ground have the tips eaten off. Wonder if I should take my climber in there sometime.
