This is a 45 min prep…
Did this the other day to take to a ball game and my wife said it was as good as I've ever made.
Kroger has 14 ct full wings for $10. I used kitchen shears to part them, and put them in a baking pan. I sprayed them with canola oil, and seasoned with Kingsford Garlic and Herb seasoning, flipped them and repeated.
I put them in the pellet grill at 275 for 30 min.
I then pulled them, and cranked the grill to 350. While it was coming to temp, I put the wings on the griddle and crisped the skin. The wings then went back in the grill in the pan for 10 minutes.
I pulled them off, covered with foil, and we ate them at a basketball game 20 minutes later. They were super easy.
The pic is right after they came off the griddle.
