Yea, I've bought 4 Wild Game Inn. cameras over the last few years, and had to take 2 of them straight back to the store. Didn't want to work from the get go. I purchased mine at Academy, and they were very good at taking them back with my receipt. I do like wildgame when they work, but I don't like the odds. I'm definitely gonna be trying something different this year.

Wildgame Innovations (WGI) and Wildview are different game camera companies. WGI is owned by Synergy Outdoors, who also owns Ameristep. Wildview is owned by GSM Outdoors, who also owns Stealth Cam.

Unfortunately, KENBOB10, neither WGI or Wildview currently have a great reputation for producing reliable trail cameras on a consistent basis. If it just doesn't work, then hopefully you can take it back for a full refund and get something else.

I had a wildview that worked fine until ants built a nest inside and fried the electronics. So it had at least one hole that ants could get into, I didn't like that too much.

Yep, I had one a couple or maybe three years ago that was bad out of the box. Took it back and never touched another one. You did put batteries in it, right?

My bad. Wildview is even worse than WGI. Stealth cameras are the pits.

Wildview terrible. Mine worked for about one season, then just quit. IT would turn on and snap pictures, but when you checked them it was either a white out or a black out.
