Yesterday, I placed a small Turkey Breast from a turkey I killed last April in
a quart crock pot with 1 stick butter for 4 hours.

Then I drained the butter off and added 1 small can Cream of Celery soup & cook for 2 hours.

Cooked 1 box of Stove Top Stuffing (Turkey favor)

Placed the finished turkey breast in a casserole dish and cover with the Cream of Celery from the crock pot. Then covered this with the stuffing and place in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Today we heated the casserole in the microwave at church for lunch, and it was devoured. . Quick and easy. Just the way I like cooking.

Sorry, I neglected to take pictures.
