I've never cared been much about what a deer scored but a few have asked what they thought this one might score. Thoughts?

I've seen quite a few 8's break 130, now 140 is a different story. That buck should be a little over 130".

Nope, those tines are barely over 6". Great buck to be sure! Better than 130", I'm dubious.

I've seen quite a few 8's break 130, now 140 is a different story. That buck should be a little over 130".

Got a friend that shot a 164" 8 point years ago (Kansas...) That being said, I do not think this one will make 130", maybe 123". Nice width, tines a little short, and I do not think the mass will help much either once the velvet falls off. All in all, it is still a great buck!

I took a super nice 8 one year that scored 124 1/8. 23" main beams, 5" G1 + 8"G2 + 5"G3, lee than 2" deductions.
All that being said, it takes a TOAD of an 8 to get a high score!!
