I've got my trail clearing, firewood cutting, bed making to do and I'm resdy. Better wait till the end of Dec. tho.

Yeah. it's going to be a busy Winter for me as well. Talked to a Forrester the other day, he's coming out next week to do a walk around on my property for site selections for a couple of small clear cuts. Hate to cut any of my woods, but I think it will be beneficial for ALL wildlife.

I've been cutting on my land for 10 years, it has made it a deer heaven. While most people haven't been seeing anything alot of the time I see upward to 20 deer a morning.

I'm ready ! After buying an adjoining 65 acres I have tons of work ahead of me....food plots to clear, trails to establish, pines to plant, water holes to dig....the list goes on !

I cant sit over a food plot without thinking of what to do to improve the edges..........my ocd is out of control. :D

I need to kill a few wolf trees. Plant a few fruit trees and a few chestnuts, but much less than normal with space dwindling. Be busy supervising some logging going on too. May even clear some more fields.
