Which do you think is better and why?

I personally dont feel like it would make that big of a difference. If you hit where you need to hit you could have either with no difference.

So far I have only shot trocar tipped BH's.

COC tip has advantages at slower speeds and lower draw lengths, otherwise both will drop em out of a typical bow set up.

Cut on contact. slick tricks are where it's at

Slick trick isn't a COC.

Personally I don't think it matters. People say COC gives better penetration, I have yet to find something that out penetrates a muzzy. In todays bows with average speeds where they are each will killem just as dead on any shot in the chest cavity.

The big difference between broadheads is in gut shots and shoulder shots.

I know they aren't coc. I thought I had put a but in front of slick but my phone didn't lol

I originally thought the same thing when i shot the trocar tipped muzzy's and switched to Rage because i liked the wide cut.....however i have now shot several deer with the Rage and if you hit the lung area then there is not.....however if you hit the solid bone area of the shoulder then you don't get the bone breaking penetration........i lost one last year because of that. the muzzy would have went straight thru as it always did....never had a penetration pass thru failure with a muzzy.....the rage stopped on the shoulder and that was that. trailed it for 300 yards before losing it. the 3 below were well placed rage 100 grn heads. the bottom was spined and dropped dead in her tracks.
