DaveB":333kecxq said:I have a Chrony Beta. I like it. There are some downsides:
1) You better remember to secure the tripod legs to the ground. A light breeze will grab the shades and over it'll go. Believe me.
2) It does not connect to your PC. Or anything. This is very frustrating.
3) The shade legs are gray metal. You cannot see them in the scope. You will shoot them. Paint them Bright Orange. Really helps.
4) The cable attaching the display is just long enough that when shooting a 300 WinMag the muzzle blast will catch the shades and over it will go, please see #1.

Is the information stored in comma or space delimited format?
Think i got my Christmas present lined up. Wonder if an app already exists to download the info, map it into a pre-defined structure, and then produce output? This is what I do for a living.
I do not own, and will not own, a smart phone. is there a spread sheet or database that is resident on the phone or is it sitting on some 'cloud' somewhere?
Anyone know?
