I've been expecting this for a while. This team has reminded me of the 2010 team for too long.
I don't think that "want" it, but they "expect" it.
I think it could be a good thing for the program -- make them get their heads on straight.
The 2010 fiasco lead to two consecutive NCs.

That was a great game. Yes, Bama most certainly got exposed. Auburn D is better and UGA Dprobably still better yet. Don't know if either can score enough to beat Bama.

I told a guy at work today I would take Alabama and give him the field and he declined,,I am glad he did,,,Ala`s defence doesnt look as good as it did a couple weeks ago and if they get in Miami,and Oklahoma just might give them a run,,Auburn could very well beat them also,,IDK,I am not an Ala fan but at one point I thought they were unbeatable but tonight I am wishing it was an 8 team playoff,,

As painful as it is for me to type this . This was the one and only time in my life I wanted to see a Auburn win . Was getting tired of hearing that announcer saying ALABAMA #2 wanting the #1 spot . It was like it never happened

Every season it seems late in the season ALABAMA has a game where they don't look prepared and don't play their best . And it always seems to be against a much weaker team . Last year it was the Chattanooga game and at points it looked like Chattanooga wanted ALABAMA. I think even at one point they were ahead. Go figure .

It seems to serve the team well though . They go back to practice realizing their potential weaknesses and pull up their pads and press forward . They usually look much stronger the following weeks .
People were criticizing Hurts a week ago saying he was a weak QB and had problems delivering . He showed last night how he can step up to the plate .. work under pressure and deliver . That weak QB y'all are talking about is a future Heisman winner . Bank on it !

Alabama didn't look great at all but MS State is alot better than I knew they were.

Fair enough[emoji3] MS state does have a fine team . Their ranking should have been higher than the team
Was given credit for . Shame as likely the loss to ALABAMA May take them out of the rankings possibly .


I'll say this .

ALABAMA has been where they have been all season . They just knocked off another ranked team . Offense is looking strong and Hurts is looking calm and cool under pressure . Defense gets heathy and gets the bench up to speed and they will be right back in there .

I keep saying this but it does not seem to get through . Someone needs to step up and show they have something to prove . They haven't done that all season .

Miami blew out the #3 team. Bama struggled vs the #16 team. Miami has a slightly better SoS. Miami will be #1. But if you guys can take care of Mighty Mercer, you might then be ranked #1.
