Ground deer jerky recipe? I like strip jerky too, but the ground
meat variety is what I like best. The one I have been making is
really good, but I am looking for new ideas.
never made any. I have a bunch of ground but I think for jerky you grind it twice usually? I like mine spicy and use the package stuff from BPS...cajun variety.
I have made it for over 20 years and i still like it simple.
Garlic
black pepper
soy sauce....La Choy over kikkomans
Red pepper if you like it warm or hot....or leave it out
I alternate with coggins liquid smoke either with it or without to change flavor.
you cant improve on this one in my opinion! lmbo! I still like these ingredients the best!
