Just curious, sure this has been posted before, but not to my memory. What is your best beard, best spurs, and/or heaviest bird?

I've only killed 1 longbeard so I will count myself out for now... (hope that changes on sunday or monday)

11" on the beard is about tops for me
I've killed several in the 1 3/8-1 1/2" spur range
Had a few scaled birds touching the 26# mark
no double beards ever, so that's what i'm looking for now!

I forgot all the exact measurements, but these are close...
Oh, and this is my best all around bird :)

Beards: 11", 7", and 6-14"
Spurs: 1-7/16, 1-5/16
Weight: ~22 lbs

25 lb bird

1.5 spurs although it had double spurs on both sides. 2nd part of the spur was 3/4 inch. Killed in Tn 7 years ago

Killed a 5 beard bird in bama 10 years ago longest beard was a tad over 12 all the rest were 7inch and shorter. Actually have it mounted at a buddies house in KY (was with me when I killed it )

Killed a double beard in bama this year (was actually killed less then 200yds from where I killed the 5 beard) but that's the only multiple bearded birds ive ever killed.

25 lbs
10 1/2 inch beard
1 1/4 inch spurs

It was the easiest turkey hunt I have ever been on too. I knew a tom was roosting close to an old barn, so I got situated about 45 minutes before daylight. Sun came up, his hens hit the ground and 5 minutes later he was dead.

I honestly dont even know. I know Ive killed one with 11 inch beard and I know I either got to 1.5 inch spurs or got real close. For weight, I know out of the 50 or so Dad and I have killed together over the last 10 years, the heaviest one was 22.8 pounds and that was Dads. Never killed a real heavy one but you dont find much of that in the mountains.

I'd say they are all equal for me as well. A long beard is a longbeard to me. I'm just as happy with a two year old bird as I am a 5 year old. (with deer I am totally different)But for the thread, I think the best bird I have ever killed was one with an 11.5 inch beard and 1 3/8 spurs.

Beard doesnt mean anything to me, body weight either, just that he had a good winter, and hasnt been running many hens. Spurs make the bird. I have taken three sets of solid 1-1/2 spurs, with my best being a 1-5/8. 26 lbs heaviest weight, 11 1/2 beard longest.

I have been very blessed in the odd bird category. I have killed 2 double bearded birds and one bird that had 4 spurs.

My biggest had 2 beards 10-3/4 and 8-3/4 and
