The video they put out when all this started said it was because of all the trash the hunters left behind.
Well they do that already.
I guess when their dignitaries get 'picked' for a quota blind they need them to look spiffy.

Just a heads up, TWRA has their tier 2 blinds under surveillance. Trail cams watching the blinds.
