Turkey chili homemade and Fritos. About as Cajun as I get.

Mrs. TAFKAP made some pretty good Creole Shrimp over grits. It was spectacular.

We also finished the last of Mrs. Poser's 2nd King Cake. Good stuff.

When I lived on the coast Red beans and Rice was a Mardi Gras tradition. Didn't cool anything this year.
