today i planted my food plot , about an acre, 25pds of oats ,25pds of wheat 25pds of winter peas , and 25pds of soybean. disced it under and top it with 2 1/2 pounds of red clover . and before i planted any seed i tilled under 50pds of lime . i know its late for the soybeans and they proly wont do much i alredy had them so i planted them . what do you think about that mix?

If you get a rain in the next week I bet you the deer will be eating the soybean sprouts on opening day. Yes they may not make full grown plants but they will provide some browse so in my opinion they were worth planting.
