What is good to plot mixture to plant in the fall it dont have to be premixed it can be a home mix

I plant a mix of clovers and ryegrass.

Wheat and Crimson Clover.....The wheat will grow on almost any area, and the clover will produce nitrogen for the wheat....great combination!!....and crimson grows where alot of other clover seems to do poorly in our area.
