What to plant?

Going to plant something in the woods (cleared spot about 1/4 acre) and out some old roads.What do yall think would be something that would work well.Alot of trees fell last year so it gets good light.

Without doing a soil test winter wheat. With a soil test whatever you want.

cant go wrong with wheat no matter what and the deer love the crap out of it. Of all the things we have tried i have to say wheat gives you more for the bang in your buck than anything. Especially if you have not done the lime thing mentioned by Food plot 101.
