What is this??

My sister found this in a creek on her property. Could it be a Native American marble or leaverite??

Could be a concretion, I've seen them in limestone in various sizes.

Unless it was found in an area with other known artifacts, it can be very difficult to determine something shaped like that coming from a water source. Those types found of similar shape, in areas of known artifacts, some like to call Indian marbles.
Still a cool looking rock.
