Broadleaf I think, but I have had difficulty using standard broadleaf herbicides if that is what you are asking. Glyphosate is highly effective though.
 
Ragweed is an annual. Annuals persist by producing seed crops. Mow it. It's too far along to kill quickly and it may make hard seed while you wait for it to die.

Ragweed is pretty good native browse and a very good seed producer for quail btw.

Caution with mowing: Use a face mask if you have allergies. Ragweed is usually brutal on those of us with hay-fever or pollen allergies. I only mow ragweed if it is in an area needed for a winter food plot.

I allow TVA powerline right-of-ways to grow ragweed and other native plants. Deer hammer the ragweed along with so many other plants....
