Smokeless What is Everybody Shooting

Show off your smokeless ML's. I have been wanting to build for a while, just cant decide on what. I had some PM's saved at one time with info for a 40 cal Savage build, I believe it was a Pacnor barrel that one of the members on here had built (maybe ewc), but all my PM's went missing a few months back.

So tell me what everyone is shooting, how you built yours and what to steer clear of. Are you shooting 209's or I have heard of some instances of rifle primers?

Nothing wrong with my Omega, just thinking about something new.

I'm shooting a .40 caliber built on a Savage action. Pac-Nor barrel 1:16 twist. I shoot bare bullets (195/200 gr) at approximately 2,950 fps. I can go to 3,100 fps, but accuracy is not as good.

That's a sharp rig. Are you using patches with the bare bullets and just knurling them?

I want what ewc has. That is a sweet rig.

I use two wonder wads above the powder and beneath the bullet. Knurling the bullets about .0015-.002
