If you found them in a place where other confirmed artifacts have been found, then the likelihood of these being artifacts are greater. It still can be very difficult to verify, just saying.

Found 1 similar where a pond had been dug, slapped it against another rock and it was hollow inside with some very fine crystals, not sure when/where I lost it somewhere over the years

I think they call those quartz geodes. Should be able to bust them open and they have quartz crystal inside.

I found a few of those in my driveway back when it was graveled with creek gravel. They were already broken and you could see the crystals inside.
