First time to the range this year. Shot the 270 Win, 300 WSM, Sig 556, and DPMS 308. It was sweltering hot out there.
The 300 WSM shot sub MOA at 100 yds. 67.0 grains of H4350 and Mag CCI primers yeilded 3250 fps using 165 grain Hornady Interbonds. No pressure signs. This rifle is ready for the season.
The Sig 556 was a blast to shoot. This rifle shoots lights out with 55 grain V-Max and 25.5 grains of BLC2 and small rifle mag primer. The 55 grain FMJ bullets were not as accurate but will get the job done if the SHTF. Not one FTF. We were blasting away at targets 300 yds away with ease.
The DPMS 308 jammed twice on me with the first two shots, but found out that the rest I was using caused the jams. It shot the 150 grain FMJ reloads pretty good, but not as accurate as the 150 grain Federal blue box stuff.
The 270 Win I didn't really shoot that much due to not having enough bullets with me. I shot it a couple times and didn't shoot for groups.
Kimbermans 308 Montana is scarey accurate and his 270 WSM is unreal.
