I'd kill him and let the taxidermist fix the rack, unless you're trying for a gross typical B&C score. Looks like the "extra" points would keep him from making net book anyway. Maybe he broke off enough of the "right" points to even help his net score. You never know, he might wind up like a buck I killed a few years ago. The buck would have grossed in the high 150s the year before I killed him, but he got injured and grew a 10-inch spike on one side the last year he lived. Left side of the rack scores 70 3/8.
