W TN Fellas: Good morning or “blackbird” day?

Never seen that map but looks like low to extremely low flight if I'm reading it right. A friend text and said thorny cypress is really really slow this morning

Had the wind started blowing out of the north yet or were they gunning in the warm rain, like us on the East side?
The birds were likely in front of the front. North wind/cooler temps didn't get here until late afternoon.
We saw what seemed like new duck off and on all day long in small flights.
Steady in the morning and picked up good after lunch

Saw the most ducks I have seen all season yesterday too bad they were all migrating back north....

My son & I practiced putting out decoys and picking them back up yesterday.
Not going to lie, I enjoy that almost as much as the shooting.

I'll bring up the older TC thread and do a longer write up soon but I hunted my draw Sunday in pool 1 and it was painfully slow. Never took the safety off
@Displaced_Vol That seems to be the general report out there. Look forward to your write up. We drew pool 9 for this weekend. Not sure what to expect but don't have high expectations with this weather coming in. We'll have a good time regardless
Those pool your really want bad weather and or freezing temperatures. Warm weather ducks don't really move off the ref.
