Vinegar Slaw

This recipe is good with BBQ or fish.

In a food processer mix:

cabage as much as you like. Add an onion and carrot and a small amount of bell pepper. Process until med fine. Remove to a container that you can put in the freg. Mix in sugar and
vinegar in equal amounts and add salt and pepper to taste.
Cover with ice,cover and put in freg overnight.

I do not use exact amounts, mix to taste.

not trying to hi-jack, but with these slaw recip being posted, made me think about a restaurant visit a while back with my wife. Her sandwich came with slaw, so she asked what kind, thinking it was either mayo or vinegar based and the waitress said "cabbage" slaw.
