Can any one confirm that if I have this license that I do not have to purchase a trout stamp or any of the other special use permits such as the Citco/Tellico permit to legally fish for trout in Tennessee? I don't want to make an expensive mistake.

its all inclusive as far as state supplementals.
My understanding is everything except Federal Duck Stamp is covered.

The Sportsman's License does NOT cover you for LBL --- you additionally need an LBL permit.
It also doesn't cover you for Ft. Campbell.
It also doesn't cover you for Ft. Campbell.

Correct on the trout. Although this time of year you don't need the special permit for Tellico and Citico anyways because stocking season has ended.
