These are what I use.
And with these, you'll not need to cut the fingers out (something I used to do until I discovered these).
These are very thin & "stretchy" with rubber grip dots. They don't slip, and are about as close as you'll get to feeling like you're wearing no gloves at all.

These are not as inexpensive as what Steve posted, but
they're periodically on sale, and I don't think I've ever paid more than $6.99 or so for a pair. Provided you don't lose them, they'll last for many seasons.
They also have these in youth sizes, which has been something hard to find in a "quality" turkey-hunting glove. I know a lady turkey hunter who needs these just slightly smaller than a Men's small, and found out the Youth large was just the ticket, being slightly smaller than a Men's small.
