I have a Winchester Model 70
The trigger pull is very heavy.

Who has had work done to a Winchester, and how much does it normally cost. I am in the TRI CITIES area. I have used a guy in the pass... but wanted to see what you guys could advise.

Thanks

Well I ain't much help since you are so far away.
I was going to recommend a gunsmith in Paducah KY.
He did a trigger job for me on one of my rifles and he did an EXCELLENT job.
Cost me 30 bucks.

I would recommend Joe at Coal Creek Armory. I won't let anybody else touch my M70's but Joe. Bob at Predator did my 7mm WSM (bedded and trigger job) and it was ok. He was sloppy leaving droplets of bedding on my stock and the trigger was acceptable.

Do a search for "model 70 trigger adjustment", they are one of
the easiest to adjust. Just go slow and check after you have
adjusted it.
