Trigger pin and spring change

I finally got around to changing the trigger spring, and pin, on my MTR this afternoon. Good gracious I love swapping out these factory springs for the #611xxxx McMaster spring. It went from around 2+ lbs to right at 10oz, just from swapping the factory spring and trigger pin out.

I had to verify the part# but I put the 611 spring in mine last year along with the E clip retained pivot pin and my, oh my.............What a difference! Such little parts/such BIG difference!

Do they have the fat firing pin that works for the 22WMR and 22LR like the 455??

On my Lilja bbled 455 I filed enough off the outside edge of the pin so it would hit inside the edge on 22LR ammo and it seemed to help tighten the groups

Yes. That's a common modification to these firing pins as well.
