Transitional Bear Hunting Zones

Is there actually any hunting in the bear hunting "transitional zone" ? I can't make heads or tails of the explanation of this in the guide. I'm more interested in Sequatchie Co as I see it listed as in the transitional zone, but can't figure out if there is actually a season anywhere in the county, North, South, East, or West of any highways or any other landmarks.

Transitional bear zone and bear zone 4 were archery only and closed in October.

Yes I do specifically looked for Sequatchie County bear hunting. It was archery , and a limited season only so there's that.
