Tactacam has been good for me so far this time. My first one p'd me off pretty bad. They only send the 2nd picture in the burst sequence (which is still an issue I have with them) and when I checked the memory card it didn't have any pictures at all on it despite having sent many. Most likely an issue with the card I was using, but I sold it in aggravation. The new one I haven't checked the card yet but it is sending pictures great which is something I can't say is dependable with the spy point cell links I used to use.

I did have an issue where when activating the new Tactacam it began billing me for the other camera I had sold automatically. They credited the money back. Not a very timely response by customer service, but they got it done

The Tactacam actually was sending pics as I was posting

The HD pictures from the micro are good too but SPYPOINT gets a lot of bad press and a lot of times is user error! Mainly the recommended brand of sd card and power. I'll have to say some of my micro's prefer certain brands of cards like they have their own mind lol

x2 on the new spy point flex. It will send great video or hd pics to your phone. the spy point micros are fairly low quality though. I think im also the only one who has had a bad experience with Tactacam. Mine eats batteries in 2-3 weeks (yes ive tried adjusting all the settings) and it will no longer even send me videos. bummer cuz the pic quality is great. and video too when it actually wants to send me one.

I use top-of-the-line SanDisk microSD cards, and the HD pictures from the micros are the worst of any trail-camera I've ever used (except Cuddeback).
I think my pictures off of the sd card to the computer are great from the micro! I'll post a couple

They must have upgraded imagers/software dramatically, but my BIL has three older micros and the HD pictures on all of them are terrible, especially for monitoring at distance. Deer up close are OK, but 30+ feet I can hardly tell if it's a doe or a buck.
