I have a friend who has a tradition buckhunter muzzleloader for sale for 40 dollars,i was woundering what they were new or are they good muzzleloaders.

I am going back to my first mz this year. A Traditions Tracker. I have killed a bunch of deer with this gun and it is easy to clean. For $40 you cant go wrong in my opinion. Traditions are great for the money.

I have a traditions buckhunter I have used for years. Bought it when I was a poor college student. I have bought "better" (Knight, CVA, etc.) MLs since then, but always go back. I love mine.

It's not worth $10 if it can't operate correctly.
If it does, it sure sounds like a deal.

I try and invest in the best my budget will permit,so I am not upgrading often. Glass, guns, bows, etc. I made that mistake for a few years.
