Place in oven at 210 degrees.
8# takes about 3.5 hours to cook to 122 degrees.
Remove at 122 and let rest on kitchen counter.
Takes about 1.5 hours for 122 temperature to rise to 131 then start dropping.
Once temperature is back in range of 122 place in oven at 500. 15 minutes exactly.
Remove, slice, serve
Sounds like what we do with cauliflower or beets! Great stuffRadishes were washed and thoroughly dried after cut from greens. Cubed into 4 pieces per Radish. Placed on foil covered baking sheet. Misted with olive oil. Peppered. Placed on top shelf of oven. Temp was 400. Roasted about 20 minutes. Remove and mix with coarse chopped radish greens. Roast time can vary due to oven or size of cubed radishes. You are looking for texture similar to baked potato.
