What's the deal with HIP registration there ? We have to register here and in Arkansas but looking thru the MO fish and game site I can't find anything about there, Does the $6 waterfowl stamp cover that. I did read where some states charge for registration and some don't but can't come up with a state by state list. I have a group headed over that way and don't want anyone to have trouble and like to have my ducks (or geese) in a row ahead of time.
