Are there gunsmiths in TN who can
1) replace barrels in bolt actions. I am considering buying an X-Bolt Browning but I am sure someday I will want a 24" barrel instead of the normal 22" barrel the 06 comes with.
2) Apply Cerrakote or similar coatings to rifle?
3) All else equal I would prefer to drive somewhere and drop off the item for work as opposed to all of the shipping headaches, even if the drive is 200 miles
