When you were doing load development for your 7mm/300WM did you use 7mm Weatherby Mag load data for your reference starting point? I was planning on using 270 Weatherby data for my 270/300WM.

That should be a good safe place to start. You will love it. You would easily be able to use a 270WSM neck or FL die to form brass. May could seat with 270WSM seater to get started.

Yes, I shoot 160 Nosler Accubonds with 75 grains RL25 for 3225 fps. The 140`s run 3350 with 74 grains IMR7828.
another option on dies for the 270 version is a 2 die system with 300WM body die, 270WSM neck die and a 270WSM seater. Another yet 300WM FL S-Type die with correct bushing and expander ball.
