Sure wish I was hunting here in west tn right now. barometer is falling with rain moving in shortly after dark. Guess i'll hope they are still moving in the blizzard like winds in the morning. lol good luck to everyone this weekend.

Got to cabin (benton)a little while ago.windy as heck and warm.wife just said memphis is getting pounded supposed to cross hear around 745..saw a lone doe right before dark

You were right. I walked down to the field the new tower blind is in. There was a doe feeding directly under it. I watched her for a minute and turned around and walked back to the house. I don't figure I'll shout anything here and couldn't come up with any scenario in which I would shoot a deer from around that stand before opening morning.
