Since the cold and snow, I've been seeing deer back in the bottoms every morning between 7AM - 8AM. This is from 400 - 600 yards from my house. They appear to moving from a thin, but dry and brushy strip on the West across an open field to the East / Southeast where there are hundreds of connected wooded areas, but they are mostly damp to wet right now. I passed a drone over the field area yesterday and it looks crisscrossed and covered with tracks. I might go out on Monday morning. Maybe the snow will be melted in patches exposing the cover crops under it.
