Thermal scope

Is a thermal scope allowed during the day for deer during gun season, per the regulations it states not allowed between sunset and sunrise, but is it allowed during day light hours. Considering getting a cheap ATN scope (https://www.atncorp.com/thermal-scope-thor-4-384-1-25-5x)

Legal shooting light ends 30 minutes after sunset and begins 30 before sunrise. You would have to give up that golden time, the last 30 minutes of legal shooting light, and also the first 30 minutes. I wouldn't want to do that, not worth it.

Popualtions are exploding as well. It aint nothing to see 3 or 4 foxes at a time around here!!
