Good stuff!
Ruger cooks in pits too. Heck I've seen him get out and walk 150 or more yds to a cooking spot to make breakfast! If he quits cooking I'm doneCooking breakfast in the blind is one of the things I miss since I hunt from a pit now.
Just come on over to our blind we will feed you.... I tell you who needs some help are the people at the "boat House" restaurant on reelfoot... Me and my crew ended up at 3 hours to get our food and get it eaten.... and it was cold when we got it.. we made up for it with our blind breakfasts though..Want a job cooking and hunting on Reelfoot Friday-Sunday?? I suppose not but we need someone...

I have a camp chef oven / stove that does a really good job.I seen some guys loading a household sized cook stove in a flat bottom boat, Saturday at Cheatham. I thought man oh man they're going to be eating good.
First year my group has a real blind.
We put a 4 burner blackstone in it. Only killed 3 ducks in 3 days hunting for the KY first split, but ate like kings. I can see how a body could get used to this.
Absolutely lolso wait, yall go to the freezing cold swamp to eat breakfast with a bunch of dudes?
Made some hella breakfasts on the blackstone in our Gooch blind last year. Biscuits, burritos, and sandwiches! Ducks seemed to know when you fired it up and when you got a plate fixed. Luckily folks shoot your swing or skybust so it takes care of it.Blackstone is the best duck blind addition to come around since the "biscuit cooker".. Costco had the table top ones for $150 recently could not resist picking one up.
