Watched a video on using the hi mountain snackin sticks featuring catman. Decided to make some Sunday and was going to smoke them but it got to late and used the oven. His video is great. Since it was cold out letting them chill outside. The video can be found at https://youtu.be/werRDKaab1U

Better be careful leaving them outside like that. I've had raccoons coming to get stuff off my grill before while the meat is cooking.
