Found this awesome dry rub down in Texas this summer, thought I'd share.

The Bodacious bar-B-Que Spice in a bag is out of this world. My brother told me how to cook ribbs with it. They were the best I ever cooked, that's not saying much, but they sure are good and easy.

Rub the ribs down real good with this stuff, throw them on the grill and brown them up like you want them to look finished, then wrap them in heavy foil a slow cook for about three hours.
They're fall off the bone, finger lickin good.
