Just saw that online reservations for campsites can be made in Tennessee State Parks starting in January.

that will be good. Lots of times we just go and roll the dice hoping the site we like isn't taken.

Yep, I love camping at Roan Mountain. Hate to drive all the way up there and find it full.

That is cool. stik and I have a goal of visiting every state park we have. This will make some of the overnight trips we do a lot easier.

I've got a similar goal. I might not visit all of them, but I want to visit as many as I can.

For those that like to visit state parks, I would like to invite you to standing stone on April 12th and 13th for the naturalist rally. I will presenting a couple of programs (one on geology and fossils and one on reptiles and amphibians) and my students will be having a kids fishing day.

It is open to the public and free to attend!
