Checked on the tall tine tubers Turnips today, I'm very pleased. They were planted August 18, but laid there for almost 2 weeks before it finally rained on them. Some are already about 18" high while some are just sprouting. I think it's gonna turn out well. Very impressed with the size of the big ones. If you look at the top center of the pic you'll see a containment cage, just to the right of it you can barely see the top of my shooting house. 125 yard shot to right here.
