212 miles on my new bike.
Going to Abernathy's this afternoon to take them the title of the bike I traded in.
Had a freaking FLAT !
Me and man were riding over there, been running about 75 the whole way.
Started slowing down to stop at a stop sign and felt it "waggle" just a bit.
Then I pulled in on the clutch and noticed right away it was slowing down WAY too fast.
Thankfully I just eased over to the emergency lane and stopped.
I won't even say how much they charged to fix it and I won't tell about the resulting FIT I threw.
Got half my money back and the tire fixed to boot though.
Been a LONG L O N G afternoon.
Thank God we slowed and stopped safely.

Bet again dude.
NINETY-SIX freaking bucks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made man sit outside when I went in there to "discuss" it with them.
Suffice it to say before I left I had $35 back.
I admit it was a pretty big job being shaft drive and all but there is a limit to what you can charge by the hour for.
It's all good though, they made it "right" in my opinion.

Oh trust me, I will.
The shaft drive might take some study though. :D
Make sure you follow the manual and use the proper tools for darn sure. I let someone change my rear on a shaft drive and they cracked the hub on the rear wheel. You think a tire is $$, try buying a complete rear wheel.
